Factory & Quality
This page is for buyers who want more than a polished product render: production context, practical checks, welding trials and the details that make an export order easier to sell and support.
Factory note 01 / Open assembly line
Machines are still open here, before final casing, testing and packing. This is where quality is visible.

02
Assembly visibility
Open-machine workflow
Internal wiring, boards, cooling parts and machine layout are visible before final casing and packing.
03
Process check
Function, load, aging
Factory checks are practical: power-on behavior, wire feed, stable output and procedures that expose problems before shipment.
04
Welding proof
Arc, sound, result
Technicians judge the machine by more than a number on the screen: arc behavior, welding sound, wire feeding and the final weld sample all matter.
Production Evidence
These images are treated as a contact sheet, not decoration. They show assembly flow, internal machine layout, component staging and finished machines waiting for delivery.
Checks before shipment
The exact procedure depends on model and order, but the factory check logic stays practical: turn it on, load it, age it, weld with it, and inspect what the customer will receive.
QC-01
Function testing
Main machine functions are checked before packing.
QC-02
Load testing
The machine is tested under working load to confirm stable output.
QC-03
Aging test
The machine runs through aging procedures to expose problems before shipment.
QC-04
Welding trial
Arc behavior, wire feeding and welding response can be checked with real welding.
QC-05
Final inspection
Labels, panels, accessories, packaging and order details are checked before delivery.
Welding trial
In the workshop, experienced technicians do more than read numbers from a screen. During tuning and welding trials, they watch the arc, listen to the welding sound and check whether the weld result matches the expected behavior.

Configuration and export details
A small difference in control, feeding, cooling or export setup can change how a machine works in a real workshop and how easily a distributor can support it.
Control
Knob-control models should feel direct and easy to adjust. LCD or digital-control models should give more precise setting control.
Cooling
Air-cooled and water-cooled machines should match the duty, heat and application intensity of the work.
Wire feeding
Integrated or separate wire feeders should be selected around workshop distance, structure size and service needs.
Market details
Panel language, labels, manuals, packing, documents and model configuration have to match the export market.
Export-ready items
English panels
Clear labels
Correct packaging
Available manuals
Product photos and videos
Certification documents where applicable
Shop-floor detail views
Around the machine, small details still matter: panel layout, connectors, weld samples, fasteners, staging and visual checks all shape how the product leaves the workshop.
Factory support for distributors
Deyun supports local partners with product information, technical communication and clearer sales materials. The distributor remains close to the local user; the factory supports the product path.
